Geoff Kovacik
(P.Geo): Co-founder, Director, President
Mr. Kovacik is a professional hydrogeologist and business entrepreneur with 15 years of oilfield water management experience. He is the founder, owner and principal hydrogeologist with Connate Water Solutions Inc., a niche physical hydrogeology consulting company, with offices in Calgary and San Antonio. Mr. Kovacik holds an M.Sc. in Hydrogeology from the University of Waterloo and a B.Sc. In Natural Sciences from the University of Calgary. He is licensed as a professional geoscientist in Alberta (APEGA), Saskatchewan (APEGS) and Ontario (APGO) and is the responsible member for the company.
Marty Scase
(P.Land): Co-founder, Director, Business Advisor
Mr. Scase has more than 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He offers a strong business development background with project experience across North America. He is currently the President, CEO, and Director of Camber Resource Services Ltd., a specialty chemical provider to the oil & gas, power generation, and mining sectors.
Mr. Scase was previously a senior executive with Cabot Energy, Renegade Petroleum, and Result Energy. Marty also holds a B.Comm from the University of Calgary and a P. Land designation.

Jim Reimer
(P.Geo): Co-founder & Director
Mr. Reimer is a former petroleum industry explorationist and executive. His 40 year career has included senior management roles at Painted Pony Energy, Encal Energy, Result Energy and Stampeder Exploration. He also served as Science & Technology Advisor to NuVista
Energy and as Executive Geoscience Advisor at NXT Energy. Mr. Reimer was a co-founder of private start-ups Race Rocks Resources and Online Energy. He holds an Honors B.Sc. (Earth Sciences) and an M.Sc. in Hydrogeology, with a specialization in groundwater chemistry from the University of Waterloo

Mr.Darwin Little
CPA, CMA, MBA– Director
Darwin has 40 years experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with twenty-five of these years focused in the oil and gas industry. Darwin held the position of Chief Financial Officer with several public and private E&P companies during his career. He has in-depth experience with acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets, banking, insurance, financial statement preparation and taxation. In addition to his CPA designation, Darwin also holds an MBA from the University of Calgary.
